HeartMath^® Affiliate Program

The affiliate program allows participating websites, social media, and podcasts to earn commission on sales referred to HeartMath through posted links or banners. You can also insert your links into your emails, which may be more relevant for our certified coaches, trainers, and health professionals. Our program runs on the Inflektion Affiliate Marketing platform.

Anyone can apply to HeartMath’s Affiliate Program, but HeartMath reserves the right to review, reject, or accept any application for any reason.

In general, we look for our affiliates to be or have at least one of the following (we can make exceptions in special cases):

Healthcare professionals or practitioners/coaches/trainers/consultants or resellers using, or wanting to use, HeartMath products with their patients, clients, or employees
Or have 10–50k followers across email lists, social media followers, website traffic, etc.

Complete the application. After we accept your application, you’ll have access to current and upcoming banners and links, which you can then post on your social media, blog, website, include in an email, etc. You earn a commission on any sales driven through those links.

No, you simply apply for the program.

We pay starting at 10% commission. Special promotions and private offers may be available.

All affiliate commissions are approved for payment by HeartMath 30 days after purchase. Inflektion issues payment within 45 days.

The first commission payment is always a check issued and sent by US Mail. You have the option of changing to another method, including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or ACH (in the US only), after you have received and processed your first payment.

Yes. All affiliate promotional assets are directed to the HeartMath online store, so orders are processed and shipped internationally from the United States.

No, affiliate commissions are paid exclusively for direct store orders placed through our online system. These orders must be completed as a consumer transaction, which includes:

• Payment by credit card at the time of checkout.

• No accommodations for purchase orders, tax-exempt statuses, or alternative payment methods (e.g., checks, wire transfers).

While organizations and individuals are welcome to use the store, they must do so under the same conditions as any other consumer to qualify for affiliate commission attribution.

When you are approved for the HeartMath Affiliate Program, you will gain access to your Affiliate Platform, which includes our most up-to-date and seasonal banners, product images, and text links, along with tracking, payment information, and FAQs.

You may not have had the qualifications required to become an affiliate.
